Expression of Interest (EOI) / Request for
Proposal (RFP) for Biogas Plant
MVRDE is a public sector organization which aims to provide indigenous solutions to engineering/ technological projects. MVRDE intends to construct and industrial-scale biogas plant for thermal/ electricity requirements. The proposed biogas plant will be fed by waste form approx. 4 – 5 thousand cattle and the gas produced should be combusted for electricity generation. An important element of the project will be indigenization/ transfer of technology. In this regards, Expression of Interest (EOI)/ Request for Proposal (RFP) are invited from reputed, reliable and established firms. The offers submitted will be evaluated and firms will be invited to stage presentations/ discussions. The short listing criteria will be based on relevant experience, technical and managerial capabilities, financial positions, methodology, business plan, financial models and the best value for money etc.
